Dr. Dmitriy Elkin is a board-certified internist and a physician at Cedarhurst Medical Associates with over 20 years of experience providing expert and compassionate medical care to adults. He earned his medical degree from SUNY Downstate Health Sciences University.
Beyond his clinical practice, Dr. Elkin is a respected medical educator dedicated to shaping the next generation of physicians. He is an integral part of the residency training program at St. John's Episcopal Hospital, where he instructs residents and fellows. Since 2023, he has led the daily Hospital Morning Report and overseen the Skilled Nursing Facility rotation for the Family Practice Residency program, demonstrating his leadership and commitment to academic excellence. Dr. Elkin is fluent in English and Russian.

With over 30 years of dedicated experience, Dr. Irina Natalenko is a deeply knowledgeable and compassionate internist and a physician at Cedarhurst Medical Associates. She provides thorough, comprehensive care for a wide spectrum of adult health needs, holding particular expertise in managing complex chronic conditions such as Coronary Artery Disease, Hypertension, and Diabetes.
A respected graduate of Tbilisi State Medical University, her extensive clinical background and steadfast commitment to patient well-being ensure that every individual receives thoughtful, expert guidance and professional medical care. Fluent in English and Russian, she connects with a diverse patient population, ensuring clear and comfortable communication.
