Yes, we are accepting new patients at both of our Far Rockaway locations. You can schedule your visit by reaching out through our Contact Us page or by calling either of our offices.
What insurance plans do you accept?
We accept a wide range of insurance plans to ensure our care is accessible. These include Medicare, Medicaid, Health Care Partners, Aetna, Cigna, United Healthcare, 1199 SEIU, EmblemHealth, Fidelis Care, Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield, Healthfirst, VNS Health, and more. Who are the primary care doctors at Cedarhurst Medical Associates?
Our patients receive exceptional care led by our experienced physicians, Dr. Dmitriy Elkin, MD, and Dr. Irina Natalenko, MD. Both doctors are dedicated to providing compassionate, comprehensive primary care and internal medicine to the Far Rockaway community.
Can I request to see either Dr. Elkin or Dr. Natalenko specifically?
Yes. We want you to feel completely comfortable with your healthcare provider. When scheduling your visit at either our Beach 19th Street or Beach 20th Street office, simply let our team know if you prefer to see Dr. Dmitriy Elkin or Dr. Irina Natalenko, and we will accommodate based on their availability.
What primary care services do you provide?
We offer complete primary care all in one place. This includes annual physicals, in-office blood work, spirometry (lung function testing), EKGs, and on-site X-rays.
What do I need to bring to my first appointment as a new patient?
To make your check-in process smooth, please bring a valid photo ID, your current health insurance card, and a list of any medications you are currently taking. If you have past medical records, bringing those is also highly recommended.
Do I need to go elsewhere for blood work or X-rays?
No, for your convenience, we handle blood draws and X-ray imaging right in our office. Blood work is sent directly to Quest or NorthShore Labs for quick and accurate analysis.
Do you offer DOT physicals for commercial drivers?
Yes, we perform certified DOT exams to help commercial drivers meet federal safety requirements.
